Nikikumbuka the hospital runs i did from October to March because of my dad's health, the trauma i still carry from a broken health system, siwezi kaa na huyo same room.
Today I paid a visit to former Kericho Governor, Professor Paul Kiprono Chepkwony — Timbilwet @Govchepkwony. Together with his family, we resolved to rally support for a fundraising initiative to enable him to access specialized medical care abroad.
We stand in solidarity with Timbilwet, committed to ensuring he receives the treatment he needs. May our collective efforts bring him renewed strength, healing, and a full recovery.

@BBCWorld Reading comments and seeing how people are angry, we are always angry like this since 2022. He once said he is the most educated president because he has a PhD in botany. So guys, breathe in and out and you-all will be fine.
While in Italy, William Ruto said that in the next two years Kenya will be exporting sugar. The most unfortunate thing is that farmers in Western Kenya today have been left counting losses, as sugar companies have refused to take their sugarcane due to the importation of sugar in thousands of tonnes by this regime. This is being done by companies such as Kibos Sugar and Allied Industries Limited and Mumias Sugar Company, who repackage it and sell it as local sugar. How greedy can one be? As sugarcane farmers, we will fight these cartels to our last breath.
@Maryian96 This does not warrant a media briefing. Kenyans tunatafuta mafuta ya taa. "Honourable Me" should demand respect in those broad-based closed-door meetings.
There is a VIP card that government bloggers have been issued with , I have seen it . When they go to petrol stations they show that card and the pump is adjusted to sell fuel at 120 per liter . Hii kadi inafanya ata kwa soko ,niliona kinuthia akilipa ovacado moja at 10 bob . Mimi ni tutam nipeeni hiyo kadi pia.
@KRACorporate May I share my experience? They ask buyers to withdraw money or pay in cash and they don't give receipts. They don't use pay bill or till. But I know you already knew this.
@Mandela_O1 I once visited Malawi, and the Malawians were telling me how they envy us because our president is a Pan-Africanist. I almost slapped them. Nkt
This is William Ruto at his PRIME at the presidency.
At this point, the president was not listening to our complaints.
He perhaps was acting on wrong advice or was simply being given good counsel that he ignored.
He would appear in public with fancy Kaunda suits, expensive shoes, sunglasses, and a diamond/gold-coated watch.
He was the king of the skies, flying from one country to another, speaking tough on how the West is undermining and mistreating Africa.
Africans outside Kenya hailed him as a pan-Africanist because they didn't know the kind of man we were dealing with back home.
The president, who had promised in his campaign trail to dismantle the oppressive system of dynasties, cartels, and the deep state, quickly got swallowed by it and, consequently, became its defender.
William Ruto in his prime failed to listen to wise counsel. He failed to understand that power belongs to people and leaders are just custodians of power.
He kept adding more promises, which he not only knew were unattainable but also were not making sense.
He failed to drop the campaign mood and continued crisscrossing the country and exchanging tough talk with the opposition then.
He failed to double-check his inner circle, who were leading him astray.
President William Ruto will be forever an example of bad leadership in our country.
No amount of fancy stadiums, houses, markets, airstrips, and roads that he will build will remove the stain.
The most sensible thing from my angle of view is for the president to stand down from the upcoming elections and disappear quietly into retirement; perhaps then, Kenyans may calm their fury.
President Ruto: Others are saying 'why are you taking government land, building houses and giving it to individuals?'. The same people don't mind if the land is invaded and becomes an informal settlement, but they mind if we make decent use of it. #AUF2026
8 P.M. is not that good. Could you change it to between 1 and 2 P.M., or if possible, 1 and 2 A.M.?
Thank you for your attention to this important matter. I.E.Z.
