I wish we could just have nice cultural exchange instead of everyone trying to rip each other apart because in one Eng speaking country they say or spell something in a different way. Like as if your country having something different about it makes it stupid. Goes both ways btw

@reallyswagdudey For example luisina was a french colony not an english one and those roots are still very present, same with texas which was a part of mexico for a long time(ironic I know) and florida which was a spanish colony. Alot of people forget the original colonies werent all english

@reallyswagdudey It depends really, there are some strong outliers and pockets in the US. Like it is hard to understand some accients for me, like cajun or in apppalachia. And there are realy big cultural differences in regions like that because they have real historical divides.-

America is geographically diverse and diverse for a country that speaks one language (its much more diverse than the north south divide in England for example). But its american cope that America is diverse in this type of way, its cope to avoid not travelling abroad

@BjorkBrodern @BlindlyFollow You can have heatstroke when your young too, Especially if your in a hot building doing physical labor for 8-10 hours with no cooling for relief. There are places in flordia where it's like 90F 85% humidity, with no ac working on boats, it feels like your in a sauna

I could make a scale saying 0 is chicken at room temp and 100 is when its safe to eat. Both ends have meaning doesn't mean its actually better or worst than any other scale.

Americans love to say things like "fahrenheit is better because it measures the temperature. Unlike Celsius, which does some other thing, I imagine." I'm not sure why they keep doing this.

We're just used to it more. Worst is when they try and argue Ft and lbs is better than Kg and M, metric is just better for that.
