It’s a HUGE MEDAL MONDAY!!😁🥳 🥇 Dineo Manamela delivered a commanding performance at the Real Gijimas 50km Ultra, crossing the line in 3:55:09, securing 1st place in the 40–49 category and 1st female overall. 🥇 Siya Mqambeli took control at the Balwin Dolphin Coast Marathon, finishing in 2:30:42 to claim 1st place in the 40–49 category with a masterclass performance. 🥉 Honest Mathe powered through the Johannesburg City Marathon, finishing in 2:37:21 to secure an impressive 3rd place overall on a race demanding course.
