@AppSupportTeam⁩ why do I spend all day avoiding the f1 results only for you to spoil it by have this as the opening page of the app. You used to have a no spoile switch or can you just have a separate app for us travellers who can’t watch live but still want the suspense

@loopearplugs I would have emailed but as you can see in the previous tweet your contact link takes you to help info and searching for an email returns nothing. I’ll be returning when I get home. Such a shame to save a few pence over usability.

@loopearplugs I bought the loop experience 2 for gigs and they work well. I just bought the dream and the case it so hard to open the loops flew across the airport lounge. No nice slot to hold them in the case and no lanyard to clip inside my luggage. Why skimp on a simple detail

@KiddeSafety You might offer a 10yr warranty but the battery only last between 2 to 5yrs. Perhaps put the truth on the packaging? As for warrenty claims, when you call you get fobbed off to a website. 3rd one to fail this year. Wouldn't recommend them.

@airfrance You left us stranded in Madagascar (flyingBlue) by cancelling our flight today. We call to see how much our refund will be to see if we can book a flight with the airlines which are flying but you are saying 1 to 6weeks before we will know how much refund!!!!!!

@Eurostar Dissappointed that you were not willing to help us move our booking and wanted to charge £400 to change by 2 days. Staff specifically told no to bend the rules to help people affected by the France Airtraffic control. Shame on you and you still have availability.

@JeremyClarkson You say you employ 146 people any chance of getting one of them to answer my emails to @RealHawkstone I've bought a few of your beer and love them but the batch of canned Harvest IPA I recieved has something wrong, odd taste and no carbonation. Please help!

@MENSAIDINC @JeremyClarkson It's OK,its not going to set the world alight but it's OK. I've just tried a couple of cans of Hawkstone Harvest IPA and something is just wrong with it, The head disappears in 10 seconds and the taste is not as I would expect for an 4.2% IPA. The Lager, Pils and IPA have been OK
