Credit where it's due I had Labour taking two years to tank the country and get found out for a bunch of midwit student union chancers but they've managed it before the end of the summer hols, kudos.

It’s not every day that one gets to listen to a former British Prime Minister recite from memory the opening passages of The Iliad in Ancient Greek, with no notes, in response to a random question from an undergraduate—and all while wearing what appear to be Thomas The Tank Engine socks. But today was one such day. My thanks to my good friend Brad LaMorgese for the opportunity to see the colorful and comic Boris Johnson speak tonight at the University of Dallas.

Lots of lefties very angry that I dared to appear on the BBC last night!! Guess what? It’s our party leading in hundreds of polls. You do NOT represent a majority in this country and we deserve a platform too.

I didn't call you a parasite. I called it parasitic behaviour. You can't even report the basic facts properly that everyone can see in seconds. It should be shameful for you and the entire Daily Mail.
Nicole Lampert@nicolelampert

@ZoeJardiniere I didn’t hound anyone. They came to me. The use of the word parasite is an antisemitic trope. I’d normally expect that of the leader of an antisemitic party but he should know better as a Jewish man.

The problems we face are not caused by migrants or refugees. They are caused by an economic system rigged in favour of corporations and billionaires. We are a mass movement for a kinder world. Together, we can take on the far-right — and win.

I arrived in the UK at 13 without a word of English, attended a state school in East London, and within four years had an offer to study law at UCL (not taking it is another story). From experience, those who arrive without English are often among the most driven forced to catch up quickly, they develop resilience and discipline their peers rarely need. So when Matt Goodwin suggests people like me don’t work hard or integrate, it isn’t just wrong, it’s a lazy generalisation that says more about his assumptions than reality.

I want to share an uncomfortable truth with you lovely folks. Deporting all the illegals, the foreign criminals & all foreign nationals that have arrived in (let’s say) the last 5-10 years will NOT be enough. Sure, it will give us some respite & make our communities look more like home again but… All we are doing is kicking the can down the road. Given the differences in the fertility & birth rates between native Brits & foreigners born in the UK it would only be a matter of time until we became a minority in our own homeland. If you truly want to resolve the issue forever, you would ALSO need to deport all those non natives/foreigners that were born here as well.

There's a lot to be said for a Toby Carvery. 😋😋 Sign up on their website. Then you get offers emailed to you. Pensioners often get a carvery for £7 Monday to Friday (not school holidays. As much veg and potatoes as you like. And the drinks and puds aren't expensive either. You can stick your gastro pubs where the sun don't shine. 😝
