@PuneCityTraffic how about implementing fast clearance windows, on critical joints like Mundhwa signal during peak hours..? For eg: opening 1 lane for full 1 min every 5 mins with good speed. All u need is good roads on the junction n screens to prepare vehicles in advance.

Your inflation is at least 10% if you are middle/upper middle class in India. Check flight tickets, internet subscription, rent, fuel, school fee, medical insurance-- anything, you will KNOW it is at least 10% increase. You know what this means? Let me simplify:- 1) Your salary should grow 10% a year to keep up with your lifestyle 2) Your investments should grow (post tax by 10%). Since you pay 12.5% LTCG--- your baseline portfolio growth rate needs to be: 11.5% 3) If you put money in FD, EPF, PPF, Government bonds-- your wealth is NOT growing. If you put in Index as an SIP, your wealth is barely growing. These are fact. Take what you like. God has given you a brain. Think. The problem statement, I am chasing is: how to growth wealth at 15%+ CAGR. Here is my solution 👇👇

Loan moratorium for 6 months 3. Free access to healthcare facilities funded by Govt. 4. Protection of credit score during unemployment 5. More buildings, more roads, more airports do not equate to good infrastructure. What people think: good infrastructure is:- 1) Kms of roads added 2) Number of new airports built 3) Number of hospitals in your city What good infra actually is: 1) Good quality air, garbage collection, cleanliness (low infra pressure in context of population) 2) Multiple modes of transport, which saves critical commute time. Equitable development across the city. 3) Parks, pavements, functional roads: which reduce accidents. And, gives incentive for people to be more active. The goal of infrastructure is improve the quality of life.

@havellsindia @HavellsCare360 RK enterprises Pune has defrauded us of Rs.4400 in the name of AMC charges. AMC bought on Feb 6,2025. It has been more than one month and they have still not updated my AMC in havells app and are not coming for changing filters n servicing.
