@LNER hi my train was canceled( tickets booked via train line) they are reminding me the cost of the original tickets but said I need to contact you for a refund of the addition tickets I had to purchase to complete the journey? Can you help? Thanks

I dont find this funny. I want to come home but I'm being denied my right to do so. I have a job lined up at the Nisa in Wolverhampton and mum has said I can sleep in the cupboard that she converted to a three bedroom flat for immigrants from Syria. I have it all going for me.

@MyHeadHurts3 @DavidHorne Gotta give more details if you want him to reply! Sure their conductors wouldn't charge anyone for tickets if the ones they had were valid! And if by "threaten" you mean suggest the police might be called or they might be kicked off, that's a solution to a problem, not a threat.

@LNER first class 10.02 from York. Asked if they will be serving alcohol at any point as doesn't terminate till 12.22. Told no this is a breakfast train?? This correct or are they just being lazy.

@zarahsultana @eiecampaign I am sorry for the delay, Zarah. This was due to damage to the overhead electric wires meaning services could not move around Stevenage, but services are now on the move. On your other point, LNER is owned by the DfT after the franchise was handed back in 2018. ^Cameron

If not, can't you assume that these aren't ACTUALLY included in your ticket price? Or wouldn't that realisation suit your narrative ?

@StephenGrenfel3 @LNER Mate I got in expecting breakfast at 8.30 a.m. and had ti wait till Newcastle from Edinburgh for staff to arrive and serve it. Its a joke. Their first class coach is basically the same as standard coaches as well with a little more space. Paying the extra for a worse service.
