RECSA appreciates the opportunity to participate in the @UNIDIR conference "Inside the Networks: How Knowledge Transfer Drives Improvised Weapons Production."
RECSA Member States are taking decisive action, as reflected in the proposed amendments to the #NairobiProtocol, which aim to broaden its scope to address emerging threats including drones, 3D-printed weapons, IEDs and ammunition and to strengthen cross-border cooperation.
We underscore that disrupting these networks requires a whole-of-society approach -governments, civil society, research & private sector must collaborate.
