@SwiftOnSecurity 1000 times yes. If we can tell the CEO he can't run as local admin, you better be darn sure we don't either. Like the Bible says, everyone's a moron... including me. I may have an additional admin account, but that's primarily to allow me to figure out how to make non-admin work.

"FTC's newly unredacted filings quote an Adobe exec comparing early termination fees to 'heroin'; Adobe says the person was not on the leadership team" Right. The leadership team has moved on to opioids.

@SamErde I'm always excited when I discover this feature but then always disappointed when I remember you have to do calculating yourself. 🫤

#PowerShell tip of the day: Use SupportsPaging in scripts/functions that return many objects. It adds -First, -Skip and -IncludeTotalCount parameters to limit output like Get-Content does.

This aged well. If you somehow picked "More tracking and ads, features that turn on without your consent after you've said no repeatedly, functional regressions, and bundled crapware," you win a Ford Explorer.

#Windows11 is on the horizon. What feature are you looking forward to?

have found a way to reduce model hallucinations, it’s kind of crazy but it works, I write imperative code with control flow in a high-level programming language of choice

Sam Altman of OpenAI says the next GPT release will be so much better than GPT-4, we'll barely recognize what we use today. Plus, spending $50 billion to get to AGI is completely worth it because you'll make way more than $50 billion—if you can pull it off.
