@BritishGasHelp And I have spoken with the online advisors at least once a week for the last month in particular to get this final bill sorted. And it is still incorrect and charging for energy I've already paid (& got the receipts for) after EVERY discussion.

And this is the final bill from @BritishGas after: - 13 months of incorrect bills - an Ombudsman investigation which led to them being required to compensate us - no reply from British Gas Customer Service for MONTHS

Some truly stupid work from @BritishGas - our final bill stating our tariff has no exit fees and then charging us £95 exit fees per fuel. Great work.

Dealing with this with @BritishGas whilst being heavily pregnant, then having a newborn, has been incredibly distressing. And I've had the support to be able to challenge it. A quick Google shows vulnerable customers have endured the same. It's not good enough.

And all this because @BritishGas have been unable to issue, for 13 months, a correct bill when given readings. In a cost of living/energy cost crisis, having to deal with incorrect bills asking for upwards of £700 at one point - which was NOT owed - has been horrendous

#Museum family learning providers - what are your thoughts on things such as family bags and art stations once we reopen? Will it be possible/safe to still provide these? Or are you looking at different ideas? #museumlearning #familylearning

Today is the first day of Buckingham Palace Summer Opening and I am so so delighted with how the Family Pavilion is looking this year! It's one of the biggest projects of my working… instagram.com/p/B0JEo2jHwNz4…

Ooh fair point...I feel like maybe Elizabeth was cleverer with her fashion, using it to really shape her Queenship, whereas Henry was going for looking as sexy and masculine as possible. Maybe to make up for the whole son issue? Poor Mary. Feel bad for her now.

@RHeverinWest @SallyTuckett @HRP_learning Henry completed redefined the male ideal though. As well as redefining art itself. I mean, I'm no fan, but you can't dismiss him that lightly.

@SallyTuckett @HRP_learning It's got to be Elizabeth! She manipulated clothing and her image perfectly. Anne was stylish but I feel like she borrowed most of ideas from the French court. Henry was just out to show his calves.

This week #flroyalfashion is all about the Tudors. Who do you think was the most fashion forward Tudor from the options below?

Catching up on last night's fab #MuseumHour. I moved from #freelance to employed as I was so worried about maternity pay, pensions etc. I'd be really interested how #MuseumFreelance professionals factor these in - especially as there are so many of us women freelancing!

@lyricallouise @laurenephithite @MuseumsAssoc @fair_jobs I think this is an incredible important point. I think it can be a really dangerous and damaging culture. You may be lucky to have a job, but YOU got the job through your own skills and experience. You earned it, and you & your mental health are linked, both important & worthy.

@laurenephithite @MuseumsAssoc @fair_jobs I worry that the culture of "I'm SO LUCKY to have this job, so many people want this opportunity" isn't good for mental health especially early career as you can feel that you can't show a weakness or someone else will be right there behind you to take it.
