11 जनवरी, 2023 को दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने अपने फैसले में सभी केंद्रीय पैरा-मिलिट्री फोर्सेस को ‘भारत संघ के सशस्त्र बल’ माना और सरकार को सभी CAPF जवानों, अधिकारियों को ओल्ड पेंशन स्कीम (OPS) के दायरे में लाने का निर्देश दिया था। हमारी मांग है कि सेना की तर्ज पर CAPF कर्मियों को OPS दी जाए। लोकसभा में केन्द्रीय सशस्त्र पुलिस बल (सामान्य प्रशासन) विधेयक, 2026 पर चर्चा के दौरान।

@col_malhan @vijaita @PMOIndia_RC Very rightly brought out the issue of leadership It is for the PM,HM and all DGs of CAPFs to resolve this important issue on top priority by implementing the judgement of the Supreme Court and by stalling the proposed CAPFs General Administration bill 2026 in national interest.

@vijaita What exactly an IPS is exposed to? "Thana" at all level. CAPF are cohesive forces. Fight on ground. Leaders are born in units & grow over the years there. How someone can lead a force from outside? It is insulting. @PMOIndia_RC Here it is a failure. At least, spell out intent.

Our brave K9, #Stunner, attained martyrdom in the line of duty in a tragic IED blast today (08 Nov 25, 1550 hrs) during a SADO operation by B & D/ 209 CoBRA in the Baliba forest, West Singhbhum, Jharkhand. #Stunner lost his life, saving many commandos today. Dog Handler CT/GD Sumith. M sustained splinter injuries and is currently being evacuated. ​We salute the supreme sacrifice of #K9Stunner and wish CT/GD Sumith. 3/12/25 को सीआरपीएफ केन्द्र काठगोदाम में पूर्व अर्धसैनिक बल संगठन के सम्मेलन को माननीय मुख्यमंत्री उत्तराखंड श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी जी ने सम्बोधित किया तथा अर्धसैनिकों के राष्ट्र के प्रति योगदान की सराहना करते हुए उनके कल्याण संबंधी कई महत्वपूर्ण घोषणाएं की।उनका हार्दिक आभार।

अति शर्मनाक घटना में एक सीएपीएफ के सेवारत अधिकारी को एक स्थानीय पुलिस के एस एच ओ द्वारा उसकी बहन के साथ किए अशोभनीय कृत्य के कारण मजबूरन आत्महत्या जैसा कदम उठाना पड़ा। इससे पूरे सीएपीएफ जवानों व अधिकारियों का मनोबल गिरा है। @HMOIndia से तत्काल त्वरित कार्रवाई की अपेक्षा है।#CAPF
