This doesn’t mean the bullet wasn’t fired from that rifle.
It means there wasn’t enough data on the bullet jacket fragment recovered from an autopsy to positively match it with a bullet test fired from the rifle.
I repeat—between 20-66% of the time when it’s a bullet jacket fragment from an autopsy like it is with Charlie, the official result of ballistics analysis is useless.
Courts deem inconclusive results to be neutral evidence between it proves NOTHING.

Unreal comeback from VCU. Ultimately kinda thought going into the game that VCU's guards were just better than UNC's guards. Took a half and took Martelli identifying the Hill/Stevenson matchup as one that could be exploited in switches, but that ended up bearing out.
