This development will bring more affordable homes —as well as permanent supportive housing—to East Providence, thanks to numerous federal and state resources such as SFRF, LIHTC, and other funds.

We were proud to join @1_neighborhood, elected officials and partners to celebrate the start of Center City Apartments Phase 1, the first 95 homes in a transformative development on Taunton Avenue.

On Friday we joined Lonsdale Memorial Holdings and Valley Affordable Housing Corp to celebrate the Lonsdale Memorial Lofts, a historic school turned into 26 affordable homes at 80% AMI. This project was funded by ARP, BHRI, Fed. Historic Tax Credits, the MI Program and more.

@MASSforRep helped cut the ribbon on new housing in Lincoln today. The building, previously known as the Lincoln Memorial School and later used as school district office space, has been converted into 26 new affordable apartments known as the Lonsdale Memorial Lofts.

Congratulations to @HopeandMain for breaking ground on West End Kitchens. RIHousing was happy to provide funding through our Acquisition and Revitalization Program, which supports the redevelopment of blighted properties to strengthen communities and local economies.

We were in attendance yesterday to mark the beginning of work on Walker Lofts in Lincoln, the rehabilitation of the historic, blighted Sayles Company Dye House into 126 new housing units, 32 of which will be affordable.

Last week we celebrated the completion of @CrossroadsRI's Summer Street Apartments—the largest permanent supportive housing building in New England. Thank you to our federal, state, and local leaders for securing key funding including federal LIHTC, SFRF, State ARPA, and BHRI.

Congratulations to @pennrosecompany and Cove Homes on the completion of Soria, a development bringing 63 new mixed-income homes to East Greenwich and featuring energy efficient measures and on-site supportive services for residents.

This project is made possible through several funding sources, including LIHTC and the HUD Green and Resilient Retrofit Program (GRRP), which will provide necessary and modern upgrades to the building for current and future residents.
