Compensation update: The Broncos are re-signing RB J.K. Dobbins to a two-year, $20 million deal, including $8M fully guaranteed at signing, per source. Dobbins, 27, was having a career year in Denver before his foot injury. Now he’s healthy and coming back for more.

Broncos tried to be in the RB market for free agency, pursued a different back, but that price tag got significantly higher than they were willing to go…keep the band together with Dobbins and look to reinforce it through the draft.
