Last week, nearly 60 of our JNCOs came together for a dynamic Leadership & Development Day led by the Corps SM and WO1 Hicks. The level of energy, active participation, and insightful feedback throughout the day was truly outstanding. Our JNCOs demonstrated their readiness to take on greater responsibility, lead with confidence, and help shape the future of our Corps. A highly successful event that clearly underscores the exceptional strength, commitment, and potential within our JNCO cohort.

Huge shoutout to Pte Mica Moore from 157 Regiment RLC, for qualifying to represent Jamaica at the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympics in Monobob. We wish her every success in the forthcoming Games.
