Using a novel fixative, based on deep eutectic solvents (DES) @RNAssist, we show that fixation before dissociation preserves cell morphology, RNA, proteins, & PTMs, thereby preventing dissociation artifacts in #scRNAseq & allowing intracellular #CITEseq for phospho-proteins 2/12
