Old design process: low fidelity wireframe -> high fidelity mockup -> Figma handoff -> engineering builds it -> 3 rounds of revisions Now: describe it to Claude -> interactive prototype in minutes -> only polish what works. We used to spend a week designing something before knowing if the flow even made sense. Now we know in minutes.

Cal AI didn't win because of the product. Anyone can vibe code a calorie tracker in a weekend now. They won because they ran the distribution -> learn -> iterate loop faster than everyone else. Product iteration has tooling. Growth iteration doesn't. Most founders are still hand-making one ad. Hoping it works. Waiting two weeks to try again. The founders who figure out how to run 50 growth experiments at the speed they ship 50 product updates will eat the rest of the market.
