@reeetums Oh shoot i am sure everyone has told you be careful of surgery, I am about to start radio frequency ablation for some of my back pain. I haven't given good PT a solid shot yet but I really should. GOOD LUCK

I started an incredible super challenging physical therapy program today. It's my last shot at fixing my spinal problems before giving up and getting fusion surgery. But I'm feeling hopeful. Let's gooooooo!!! 💪😤✨

@madex0x Well they weren't your friends in the first place. Seriously.. a very sad part of life, not always that they have no use for you, they may sense going on with a relationship of any kind just is bad for one or both of you eventually. I've been discarded and done the discarding. 😢
