@TMobileHelp I’ve already paid off thousands to AT&T to unlock these phones for the $800/line Keep & Switch offer. My money is now blocked because of these delays. I need a specialist who can handle eSIMs + Costco promos TODAY. "Shortly" is too vague given I’ve been waiting since Jan 22.
