USDA FAS announced another 596,000 metric ton sale of corn to China this morning. The same amount as yesterday. That's 47 million bushels over 2 days. This graph shows that without CN and US the ROW is at it's tightest supply since 2001/02

Thinking about Soybean export sales yesterday. The flash sales have been getting smaller, but total sales for the week kept up the pace, over 2.5mmt. To me this is an indicator of how tight elevation is getting. Commercials are selling one cargo at a time instead of 3 or 4.

Here it is! The first TC&W freight train over the new Cedar Lake Channel freight bridge. Demolition of the old freight bridge will begin soon to make way for the new #swlrt bridge over the channel.
