@TELUSsupport I saw the prorated charges, and these weren't. This is also the one-time connection fee being double-charged, NOT the regular service (which I understand being a bit more during the first bill)

@FedExHelp I see a parcel for me, in Fredericton NB Canada, is being listed as getting sent to "Fredericton NE CA"; is this just a typo on the tracker details or is this package being sent to Nebraska instead of New Brunswick?
