I don't pretend to know how much pain another human being is in. Could we pledge not to dismiss a player's reaction to severe pain even if we're not sure how severe the contact was? (In this case, some folks completely missed the clear knee to quad contact)🙏🏀🙏

It feels like the WNBA and its teams have made a collective shift away from independent journalists and outlets.
The same people who told compelling stories and provided transparent, unbiased coverage when few others did are now receiving the familiar: “Due to the limited amount of media seating in our arena, we unfortunately cannot approve your credential.”
I understand the need for larger media outlets to cover the league as it continues to grow. What I don’t understand is limiting the very independent outlets that helped build interest in the W when those larger outlets weren’t paying attention.
Many of those creators have always put the league and its players first. Watching them get pushed aside in real time is disappointing.

To provide children who otherwise may not get a chance to attend a WNBA game the opportunity to attend during the hours that they would usually be at summer camp and for a very very low cost at the camp’s expense. It’s exposing the game to a group of youngsters who may eventually be WNBA fans or players!
