Haven't done this for a while. It's Friday night, show me some art you're particularly proud of, drawing, painting, sculpting anything. Here's mine, I still can't believe I drew this one!

NEW: Private jets getting ready to leave for a ‘Climate Change’ conference in Dubai are frozen on the runway in Munich as 60% of Europe is covered in snow. Let me say that again: Rich people getting ready to board their gas guzzling jets to fly to a ‘Climate Change’ (formerly known as Global Warming) conference can’t leave because their planes are covered in freezing snow.

It is with deep sadness that we learned of the passing of the Flotilla for Friendship founder Lynda Kitchikeesic Juden. Lynda was an inspirational leader who had a profound impact on our community and the Ottawa Police. She dedicated her time over several decades to fostering improved relationships between Indigenous communities and police. The Chief’s Citizen’s Award Commendation was presented to Lynda by the Interim Chief Bell in October 2022, for her significant contribution to the community and to the Ottawa Police. Lynda was a valued member and vice chair of the OPS Community and Police Action Committee (COMPAC), co-led the Traffic Stop Race Data Community-Police Advisory Committee, and worked with several police services. We extend our condolences to her family, her friends and the many individuals whose lives she touched. Her positive impact, her efforts, and her legacy will be remembered. ~ C’est avec immense chagrin que nous avons appris le décès de la fondatrice de la Flottille de l’amitié, Lynda Kitchikeesic Juden. Lynda fut une dirigeante inspirante qui a durablement marqué notre collectivité et la Police d’Ottawa. Au fil de plusieurs décennies, elle s’est dévouée à encourager de meilleures relations entre les communautés autochtones et la police. En octobre 2022, la Citation citoyenne du chef fut décernée à Lynda par le chef intérimaire Bell, pour son apport considérable à l’endroit de la collectivité et de la Police d’Ottawa. Lynda était un membre estimé et la vice-présidente du Comité d’intervention policière et communautaire (CIPC) du SPO, elle co-dirigea le Comité consultatif communautaire et policier du Projet de collecte de données fondées sur la race aux contrôles routiers, et collabora avec plusieurs corps policies. Nous présentons nos condoléances à sa famille, ses amis, et aux innombrables gens dont elle a touché les vies. On se souviendra longtemps de son influence positive, de ses efforts, et de son héritage.
