@gnoble79 In 2026… Semi and Megapack3 deliveries scale. First limited production of Cybercab, Roadster and Optimus. Very likely a new variant on CT platform to be announced.

Tesla is the most successful CON in the history of capital markets. Not because the cars are bad. But because the entire business is engineered to impress on first glance and collapse under scrutiny. And the culture around it has made facts completely IRRELEVANT. I've never seen a company where the gap between what is promised and what is delivered is this wide, for this long, with this little accountability. Tesla's Full Self-Driving system is marketed as autonomy. But it is not autonomy. It is a camera-only system running probabilistic inference. The car is making statistical guesses about what it sees, thousands of times per second, with no redundancy when those guesses are wrong. Probabilistic inference controlling a two-ton vehicle at highway speed with your family inside. NHTSA has two open investigations covering 3.2 million Tesla vehicles. One was escalated to a formal Engineering Analysis in March after 9 crashes, including a fatality, where the system FAILED to detect sun glare, fog, and dust. The cameras went blind and the car kept driving. In Austin, Tesla's robotaxi fleet has reported 15 crashes across roughly 800,000 miles. One crash every 57,000 miles. The average American driver has a police-reported crash every 500,000 miles. Tesla's robotaxis crash at roughly 4x the human rate, WITH a safety monitor sitting in the car whose only job is to prevent crashes. Waymo operates over 2,500 fully driverless vehicles across multiple cities with no human backup and maintains a crash rate 85% below human drivers across 127 million autonomous miles. Tesla has ONE unsupervised vehicle in a tiny section of Austin. But here's what really makes Tesla different from every overvalued company I've ever analyzed: The facts do not matter to the people who own this stock. Every missed deadline, every broken promise gets filtered through the same response: attack the messenger. Call them a short seller. Call them a hater. Anything to avoid looking at the actual numbers. It's an online ecosystem that has made itself completely immune to facts. And Musk baked that dynamic into the culture from the beginning. Every time the fundamentals deteriorate, the faithful don't sell. They double down. When your shareholder base treats every dip as a buying opportunity regardless of the data, the stock becomes untethered from reality entirely. That's literally a religion with a ticker symbol. I highly suggest you read Edward Niedermeyer's book Ludicrous on this. And now it even gets WORSE... CapeFearAdvisors published a piece this week that should be required reading. Tesla's 2025 CEO Performance Award contains a change-of-control provision: In the event of a change of control, ALL operational milestones are disregarded. No million robotaxis, Optimus robots, or $400 billion EBITDA. NONE of it. So if SpaceX acquires Tesla at $8.5 trillion, every tranche of Musk's 423 million share award vests immediately. A single acquisition at that price triggers the full vesting of both plans at once, with no way to claw them back. The milestones everyone argues about are just a distraction. The mechanism is the change-of-control language buried in the SEC filing. This is about engineering the largest personal wealth transfer in modern financial history and using the narrative machine to keep the price elevated long enough to execute it. I've seen every bust of the last four decades. But this one is different because the cult of personality is stronger than anything I've witnessed. The movement around this stock cannot be touched by facts, and that is what makes it so dangerous. But the math always wins. ALWAYS. It just takes longer when the con is this good.

Prosecutors in CA claimed animals are akin to “cellular matter” and threw me in jail for rescuing dying hens. That conviction has now been reversed - the first of many groundbreaking precedents we will set for the right to rescue animals from abuse.
Direct Action Everywhere@DxEverywhere

BREAKING: The Court of Appeals just overturned Wayne Hsiung’s felony conviction for his role in rescuing 37 abused hens from a factory egg farm called Sunrise Farms. They also overturned his misdemeanor trespass conviction for his role in the rescue of 32 sick ducklings from Reichardt Duck Farm. The Court ruled that Hsiung should have been allowed to argue that he believed his actions to be legal under the necessity defense. Further, the Court wrote that “Neither this court nor the California Supreme Court has ruled that the necessity defense applies exclusively to situations involving physical harm to a human,” validating that individuals could have the right to violate laws in order to rescue animals from extreme harm. The Court did not overturn his misdemeanor trespass conviction for his actions at Sunrise Farms or make a clear ruling affirming that the necessity defense actively does apply to nonhuman animals. Consequently, Wayne will be appealing to the California Supreme Court on this issue. Nevertheless, this is a major step forward towards establishing the Right to Rescue and positioning animals as persons under the law. #RightToRescue

FSD is so painful to use around others at 🛑 controlled intersections without painted lines. You DO NOT need to stop at the 🛑 AND then stop again at the road edge with visibility. By law in 49 states you stop at the road edge with visibility. Look how natural the car is in front of me - they still stopped to 0. @Tesla_AI - do you know this? @yunta_tsai - just asking for a fender bender with this ridiculous behavior. @FSDyinzer

It’s not fear of minority retard. It’s a desire to not be forced to “submit” to the political ideology of Islam. Or Judaism for that matter. Islam is the ONLY religion on a planet that is incompatible with not only every other religion, but sects within. They will indiscriminately kill, rape, enslave you and everyone that has not “converted” in your family, IN A HEARTBEAT. So take your opinion and fuck all the way off you boot licking pussy.

@kyan_rennedy @wholemars It’s only offered as a subscription now. If you own a HW3 vehicle with FSD outright, your only option is a transfer (which they’ve said nothing about) or wait for a retrofit.

NEWS: Elon Musk has confirmed that HW3 can't achieve Unsupervised FSD. "For customers that have bought FSD on HW3, we are offing a discounted trade-in for cars that have AI4, and also offering the ability to upgrade the cars computer and cameras. We're going to have to set up micro factories in major metro areas. I do think over time it will make sense for us to convert all HW3 cars to HW4."

Took FSD for one last spin, 5 hrs drive, mostly highway - I gave up taking notes after the first hour. You folk saying it works great for you either have a secret unicorn version or have very low standards. 45 in 50 drifted into parking lane 50 in 80 95 in 100 95 in 80 Hugging left constantly, riding the rumble strip, almost off the road completely Changing lane too soon after over take Late to give way to merging traffic changed from 100 to 70 no sign Changed speed to 100 when sign says 110 (10 times), also when no sign - just random change Cut right in front of a car after overtaking, even when red warning flashing 80 to 110 zone, stayed on 80 but recognized 110 as 100 Merging lane, waits till lane is gone before merging Sticking to 60 in 80 stuck on 60 in 100 40 in school zone on a Sunday! Pissed off multiple drivers! All the same issues I experienced back in Oct when I first tried. 0% improvement.

@Michaelsmither4 @OunkaOnX Israels’s apartheid death penalty law doesn’t have to spell “Palestinian” for it to be for and apply to Palestinians dumbass. Israel holds thousands of Palestinians in detention without due process and labels them terrorists. The Israelis can’t wait to fire up the ovens.

Israel escalates a scorched-earth campaign across occupied Syrian and Lebanese borderlands—this time through chemical warfare against nature itself. Under the pretext of “security,” Israeli forces are reportedly spraying high concentrations of herbicides over farmland and forests, systematically annihilating vegetation to strip the land bare and deny any form of life or cover. Independent analyses have detected glyphosate levels 20–30 times above normal, devastating crops, poisoning soil, and threatening civilian health and food security . This is not land management—it is ECOCIDE. A deliberate assault on ecosystems, agriculture, and livelihoods, designed to render entire areas uninhabitable and forcibly reshape the terrain through environmental destruction. The United Nations has already warned of “serious humanitarian risk” tied to such actions, raising alarms over long-term damage to civilian life and land viability . What is unfolding is a calculated strategy: erase the green, erase the entire population, erase the possibility of return. This is #GENOCIDE #Israel is the CRIMINAL.

Let me explain exactly why every new subdivision in America looks like the top photo, because the math is wild. A mature tree increases a home's value by 7 to 19 percent. On a $400,000 house, that's $28,000 to $76,000. A single shade tree produces the cooling equivalent of ten room-size air conditioners running 20 hours a day. One tree on the west side of a house cuts energy bills by 12 percent within 15 years. The bottom photo is worth more, costs less to live in, and sells faster. This has been documented by the University of Washington, Clemson, Michigan State, and the USDA. The data is not in dispute. Removing those trees saves the builder roughly $5,000 per lot. Concrete trucks need twice the dripline radius of every standing tree. Utility trenches need flat ground. A bulldozer flattens 200 lots in an afternoon. Preserving trees adds weeks and thousands per home. So the developer pockets $5,000 in savings and the buyer eats $50,000 in lost value for the next two decades. The person making the decision and the person paying for it have never been in the same room. The Woodlands, Texas is the proof of what happens when they are. George Mitchell bought 28,000 acres of Houston timberland in 1974 and preserved 28% as permanent green space. He forced McDonald's to build behind the tree canopy. That McDonald's became one of the highest-volume locations in Texas. The first office building, designed to reflect the surrounding forest so you couldn't see it from the street, leased completely. The Woodlands median home price today: $615,000. Katy, a comparable Houston suburb that clear-cut: $375,000. Named #1 community to live in America two years running. Fifty years of data. The trees are worth more than removing them saves. Developers clear-cut anyway because they sell the house once and leave. You live in it for 30 years.

Activists attempt to save Beagles. Animal rights activists broke into Ridglan Farms, a Beagle breeding facility near Madison, WI, on March 15, 2026. About 50-60 entered by cutting fences and forcing entry, removed 23 beagles (bred for biomedical research), and took them to safety. 27 activists were arrested for trespassing/burglary; most released pending charges. The farm plans to press charges and says the action was criminal.

How does nobody talk about FSD speed profiles? Nothing is consistent, nothing makes sense and it's almost never comfortable. I don't know how you could pay money for this right now (unless you had a handicap that made driving on your own impossible in certain situations). It's that bad imo... Hurts to say tbh.

@grok @eka_cittasangha @hubermanlab And in addition, why isn’t anyone talking about evening light exposure? Most people are inside during work and daylight exposure only happens once they leave. 30 minute delay would give 30 minutes more sunlight to people who current miss it.

That's a solid point on the 10-30 min outdoor lag—most get bright light starting 7:30-8 AM for the ~7:20 avg wake per BLS ATUS. The 30-min permanent advance (per H.R. 7378) would shift solar dawn later on the clock, aligning more of that high-intensity early phase with real exposure for later-waking folks. Circadian modeling (Stanford 2025, PNAS, AASM reviews) factors this in but finds net mild misalignment overall: forward shifts cut morning light relative to fixed schedules while boosting evening light, with permanent standard time showing stronger health gains on metrics like sleep, obesity, and stroke. Your local experience fits the benefit side for many.
