One of our Lead Navigators @MarcNelson80 was out today speaking to 3rd Year Nursing students at @AbertayUni about @NavigatorsScot and helping with their Naloxone training. A really vital skill for nurses and everyone else to prevent death in acute crisis. #naloxonesaveslives

Make no mistake, the pain in your chest from an anxiety attack is no less severe than that from a heart attack. Both need the highest level of healthcare & compassion.
