It was wonderful to listen to Michael West’s @WestM61 keynote at #FNMConf2024. I wrote down multiple quotes from Michael to store away for later. These include: “Compassion is the single most powerful intervention available to us” (in leading health and care). “The factor that has the greatest impact on culture is the behaviour of leaders”. “The ability to be self-compassionate is a pre-requisite of the ability to be compassionate to others”.
