My Jewish friend told me his Conservative Jewish uncle had a job with the National Pork Board(!) and in the late 80s would travel around Texas and Oklahoma going to restaurants to check which pork dishes they served. If they only had one or two he'd try to meet with the owner and pitch some awesome pork options to try.
He also ate at these restaurants, but of course never ever would he eat pork himself. Or a cheeseburger. He was kosher.
I do not view him as a hypocrite - he knew that eating pork was no sin for a gentile.

it's funny because Jews see it as unremarkable but the whole concept of "oh there's nothing wrong with YOU eating a cheeseburger, gentile, enjoy it!" as a non-condescending distinction is so unusual that it's understandable how antisemites assume there must be dark secrets
