#USAF United States Air Force - Iran War 2026 Operation Lions Roar / Epic Fury - D+45 14 April - 2000z Since the start of the build-up there has been 1,035 Air Mobility Command flights to bases in the CENTCOM AOR, and 76 since the 8th of April. There are a further 15 C-17s currently in-progress to the Middle East. Since the start of April there have been 62 flights Army-related flights, with 47 being from Pope Army Airfield, 11 from Dover Air Force Base, and 3 from Campbell, Robert Gray (2) and Henry Post. Most of these flights from Pope have gone to Al Minhad Air Base in the United Arab Emirates (26), and Ali Al Salem Air Base (10) in Kuwait. A further 4 have gone to Ben Gurion in Tel Aviv, 4 to King Faisal Air Base and 3 to King Abdullah II Air Base, both in Jordan. The number of flights from Pope is a significant increase. There continues to be a number of flights with no certain origin, such as ones from Ramstein or Dover/McGuire/Charleston. In a few cases the aircraft are appearing at those locations after a few days, thereby masking their origin. And there continues to be aircraft that aren't tracking at all. REACH 423 arrived at RAF Mildenhall this morning from Campbell Army Airfield, and departed again without tracking. The Air Force-related flights aren't particularly exciting at this stage. There are a couple coming from bases with assets already deployed, but for the most part the current activity is Army-related. There have been a number of flights from Diego Garcia Naval Support Facility to Ovda Air Base in Israel that are Air Force-coded.
