On AM4 DDR4 the setting is DOCP or a-xmp not expo. At 3600MHz you are already at the sweet spot for the 5800X3D. You could try manually tightening to CL16 but Nanya chips have limited overclocking headroom so stability is not guaranteed honestly 3600MHz CL18 on that platform is already a solid place to be.

🚨 Are you sure your RAM is actually running at the speed you paid for? Most people assume it is. Then confirm the real number in BIOS — restart, press DEL or F2, and look at your Memory Frequency. BIOS is the only number that cannot lie to you. That 6000MHz DDR5 kit is doing 4800MHz.
