@TexasAstro Well, I can’t speak for either the owners or the players. My hope, like most fans, is that the two sides get together, negotiate in good faith, and arrive at a solution that is good for the game. And I’ll just leave it at that.

Hi Matt
The possibility of a lockout next season is worrisome for fans.
If I understand it correctly the owners are going have a lockout and demand a salary cap from the players union..?
How big of impact would it cause on the following seasons?
Are fans possibly looking at the final season of some of our Rangers family ?
I totally get it.
Retiring instead of returning later.
Been there myself.
Not asking for names but just curious if the possibility is high.
I hope the players union agrees to a salary cap and avoids the lockout.

@chillywilly214 When great musical minds get together, magic can happen. Two other MJ favorites of mine, “Rock with You” and “The Lady in My Life” were written (or co-written) by Rod Temperton, the creator of the band Heatwave. I bought most of their stuff, too!
