Autistic thought: The VR people keep talking about the immersiveness of the Vision Pro. I.e. “If you had a headset with perfect fidelity, perfect audio, and your brain fully believed it, wouldn’t that be real life?” This feels like a level of abstraction away from the “source” If meditation is removing abstractions away from the source, and human beings keep creating abstractions that remove us from the source, then what is the nature of reality? Is it possible that the vision we see with our eyes currently is simply a level of abstraction? The same way that a perfect VR headset could be a further out level of abstraction? If this is the case, then what happens if we metaphorically take the goggles off of our current vision? I.e. meditation that stills the mind and removes the abstractions? Would we then be in actual reality? It seems human beings like to create abstractions away from source in the interest of “technology”, and perhaps the goal of spirituality and esoteric teachings is to remove the man made abstractions to reveal what is left. Is this a good thing? To create more abstractions? Is this just what humans do? Is the correct thing to reduce abstractions? Is there no right answer? A puzzle piece to ponder. 🧩

@mikealfred Makes you wonder the IQ of CIOs of successful crypto hedge funds. I understood BTC within a few months of study 10 years ago. These guys don't seem to get it at all.

Had a nice chat with the CIO of a successful crypto hedge fund this morning. The fund has always viewed Bitcoin as a secondary position and it never represented more than 10% of the fund. Recently, the principals have reconsidered their views and now want to dramatically increase their exposure to Bitcoin and Bitcoin infrastructure companies because they say BTC is definitely going much higher. It's happening, folks. Hang on.

UPDATE: Both @GenesisTrading and DCG are selling off ‘assets’ to meet the demands of their agreement with Genesis creditors. **other Genesis lines of business, @coindesk, and DCG portfolio companies are all in play.

@JeffNhieu Remember @AP_Abacus was the one doing podcasts in December ago saying DCG was headed to bankruptcy, that no one wanted to do business with them, that there was no way out. He was the one with all the inside info and "data" room, etc. Let's remember.

UPDATE: Several conversations yesterday regarding @GenesisTrading bankruptcy claims trades. Activity has dramatically picked up since Ch. 11 filing. **sources: larger trades are being finalized at 30% +\-

UPDATE: @CoinDesk suitors are approaching a purchase as a ‘parts’ transaction. **most bidders are either only interested in the conference business, or the less lucrative media property. Not both. **bids remain remarkably lower than the $300M floated by DCG in media reports.

@AP_Abacus @GenesisTrading So instead you tell them to take 30% of their money now and leave 70% on the table????? Really? These are people that had their money in earn programs. They didnt need it to pay medical bills. They arent privy to negotiations and you are hurting them.

@RadixIsBetter @GenesisTrading I’ve fielded hundreds of DM’s from Gemini Earn customers. I wish I had answers for them other than lawyers I trust in the space. I wish I could tell them “hey, no worries, you’ll get your funds back in a few weeks.” But you and I both know that’s not true.
