🇲🇪 It was my great pleasure to be back in Montenegro. This year marks 20 years of independence, and for me a moment to pass a strong message in support of a Montegrian future in the EU. Montenegro is the frontrunner in the process towards EU accession, thanks to the tremendous efforts dedicated. Efforts that are inspiring for other candidate countries and that I can only commend. My visit sheds light on the excellent Belgian-Montenegrin bilateral relations, and cooperation in different domains: effective police and judicial cooperation, support for human rights and economic opportunities for our companies. I had the pleasure to meet with H.E. @JakovMilatovic, President of the country, the Prime Minister @MickeySpajic, and my colleagues Minister of Foreign Affairs @ErvinIbrahimov1 and Minister of European Affairs @maidagorcevic.
