Mircea Eliade, en su libro sobre el chamanismo, se pregunta si la semejanza entre técnicas chamánicas en extremos alejados de la Tierra se debe a restos de una época arcaica o a contactos. Lo que no parece considerar es que los espíritus hayan enseñado lo mismo en todas partes.
