Extremely large aortic annulus (Area 889mm2) in a type 1 bicuspide valve treated with Myval 32mm!

@MarciMonteg Adding to that it is a type 1 L-R bicuspid valve. Extremely challenging case! Great pleasure working with you my friend at Hospital do Coração de Alagoas.

Nightmare of the Day: 67yo smoker lady, UA, severely calcified LAD. Uncrossable lesion, RA w/ 1.5mm Burt, guidezilla for stent deployment. While positioning LM dissected and closed, another stent, No Reflow, adenosine, POT, Kissing, PD. Breathe.
