@vazim9 @ziadalinyc @mirvatalasnag @aayshacader It’s mainly a large under-expanded segment due to a calcific nodule. There is some neointimal hyperplasia, with possible evidence of limited neoatherosclerosis with ulceration at 1-2 PM, and possibly a small amount of thrombus opposite this.
