When I think of Lok Sabha strength being increased from 543 to 850, my first thought is not smaller constituencies, more responsive representatives, and all that. It is - 307 more VIPs. That many more entitled rulers, free tickets, perks, security, expense, sigh.

🚨 Kerala Shocker: Jaw-Dropping CCTV Moment The truck driver’s quick reflexes saved everyone from a serious accident. One wrong second and it could’ve been disastrous. Classic Kerala - 100% literacy, but very little civic sense and traffic rules. The road was narrow with a big truck coming head on. There was plenty of empty space on the side, yet the husband biker didn’t stop there. The truck coming from behind also didn’t stop, and the oncoming truck kept moving too — no one gave way until a crash was just inches away

After so much outrage on Social Media, with videos of accused, vehicle number provided by victims, @DelhiPolice took 3 days to arrest persons who literally live one km from the place of incident. Which BJP MLA called up the police to protect the accused ? In Kamal dhyani Janakpuri case also, police did not register FIR, and tried to dress up crime scene. Outrage is not about this case alone, it’s a pattern. Who wants medal ? @CPDelhi saab Or @LtGovDelhi saab

Delhi Police: In the alleged incident of assault on a serving Army Officer in Delhi, the two accused seen in the vehicle, Satender @ Sonu s/o Banwari Lal, age 49 years, and Sanjay Sharma s/o Laxmi Narayan Sharma, age 56 years, have been apprehended. They are being examined. The offending Mercedes vehicle has also been seized.

छतरपुर: जिले के बमीठा थाना क्षेत्र में एक दर्दनाक हादसा सामने आया है। जानकारी के अनुसार, होटल परिसर में रूम बॉय प्रदीप रैकवार उर्फ रानू रैकवार लोहे की पाइप से बंदर को भगाने का प्रयास कर रहे थे, तभी वे अचानक 33 केवी बिजली लाइन की चपेट में आ गए। करंट लगने से उनकी मौके पर ही मौत हो गई। बताया जा रहा है कि होटल में विद्युत सुरक्षा के पर्याप्त इंतजाम नहीं थे, जिसे लेकर होटल प्रबंधन की घोर लापरवाही सामने आ रही है।

Deeply concerned by the incident in Vasant Enclave involving the assault on a serving Brigadier of the Indian Army, his wife and son, a 23-year-old IIT Delhi graduate. I have personally spoken with Brigadier P.S. Arora to enquire about the incident and their well-being. I also spoke with the Police Commissioner and the DCP, directing them to ensure a thorough and swift investigation, leading to immediate and appropriate action against those responsible. I have further directed @DelhiPolice to provide full security to the officer and his family. We remain committed to ensuring the safety of our citizens and upholding the rule of law.
