@PanasonicIndia I purchased split AC 2 days back. There is no response or call from customer care despite registering for installation. I got a number from customer care right now but that service center number has blocked me upon my effort to reach out. What shitty after sales.

@PanasonicIndia @panasonic I am in south Delhi, supposedly the most approachable capital city location. Facing this hassle is unprecedented. Here we were waiting for installation, uninstalled the previous unit to make way for the new. And now service center blocks the call.

@volklub the replaced the steer wheel rack but with each part they create another unknown issue. My car was perfectly fine… till I visited them and now it’s not even drivable.

Even if you can afford, the official workshops in India are so backward and unpredictably slow and unprofessional that last thing I would do in future is to buy VW car again.. @volkswagenindia @VW

I am exhausted. These last 20 days with zero accountability from workshop, no resolution to the issue, and only expenses in the name of service. This is how it seem while people correctly point out, but a German car is not everybody’s cup of tea
