Please note that any road in an open plotted layout can be opened to the public like this. A compound wall does not guarantee anything. As a rule, if any nearby colony requests access, the road has to be opened. In the past two years, HYDRAA has opened many such roads by demolishing compound walls. The issue here is that Praneeth Pranav Antilia was approved as an Open Plotted Layout (see the picture below). If they really want a gated community, it should be approved as a "Layout with Housing Under Gated Community (With Compound Wall)". In an regular open plotted layout, the roads must be gifted back to HMDA or the local municipal authorities, who remain the absolute owners. In this case, the builder seems to have used a workaround by getting approval for an open plotted layout, building a compound wall, and then taking permissions for each villa individually and calling it as villa community. Here is the High Court judgment on the same, clarifying that owners in an open plotted layout cannot claim it as a gated community. deccanchronicle.com/nation/current…

we never blocked anyone, even these walls there even when OC was given. We should fight against govt since they allowed .. overall we all know all that it’s not for people benefit it’s just to sell govt plots .. we are tax payers getting zero benefits plus additional struggles .. i will rest my case here bro ..

Nothing against law, it is there even when OC was given, this wall was there during construction of the villas and then OC is given after villas construction. Please check this govt website sir which is created for selling HMDA plots they only called this is gated community - .gov.in/wp-content/uploads/2020/07/Bachupally-v24_compressed.pdf , they weren’t able to sell single plot out of 70, that’s where they are trying this. It’s all public we suffer here ..

On basis it reduced 5km, know the facts before posting something. Below is the attached image from google maps measurements. Existing road is 100 ft, most of new road is 20ft, hydra needs to do basic feasibility checks before doing any these kind of things , otherwise everyone has to suffer lifelong

This Narayan school bus is coming in wrong side every day. This is also causing traffic blockage. Some other school buses also following the same side. Location is Praneeth Antilia main road in Bachupally and connection to Miyapur Gandimaisamma road @HYDTP @CYBTRAFFIC
