Can someone at @lufthansa/@Lufthansa_DE please explain why the 10:25am flights from #FLR to #FRA (run by @Air_Dolomiti) are consistently canceled? More specifically, why was LH6911/EN8853 canceled on June 6 and July 25, 2023? @united

Finally, without a clear statement from @lufthansa/@Lufthansa_DE/@Air_Dolomiti about why a flight was canceled, travel insurance companies will also be unable/unwilling to process any claims. This situation is costly + frustrating. I expect more from the Lufthansa Group. @united

Also, who is responsible with regards to policy #EC261? @lufthansa is pointing at @Air_Dolomiti, but @Air_Dolomiti is non-responsive (after ~6 weeks). This lack of accountability/responsiveness seems to be in breach of the @EUCommission policy. @YourEuropeEU – thoughts?
