Writing @MyIndusIndBank @BankIndusind One of your recovery agents from M/s Enlist Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is threatening me with illegal and abusive tactics. I am being forced to make payment under pressure, failing which the agent has threatened to call people from my contact list and made statements indicating personal intimidation and house visits. Card ending #3738, FYI @RBI #kkv Such language and conduct are completely unacceptable, unlawful, and in violation of RBI recovery guidelines. Threats, harassment, and third-party intimidation cannot be used as recovery tools. I request IndusInd Bank to take immediate action against the concerned recovery agent and stop this harassment with immediate effect. Call records and details can be shared if required.

@YESBANK Your executive, Mr. Mohan Rao, has been standing at the customer’s residence gate for the last four hours and is continuously pressuring the customer to make a payment which the customer is currently unable to pay. Such conduct amounts to harassment and is against fair recovery practices. Recovery follow-ups must be conducted in a lawful and dignified manner. Instead of understanding the customer’s concern, she threatened that if payment is not made immediately, the police will be called on your executive. This kind of intimidation and coercion is unacceptable. If a customer had the money, there would be no need for such pressure tactics.
