@1goodtern There was me wondering which colour would be used after black, as there could be none more black, but apparently it's grey and then white. The numbers and a reasonable colour scale just weren't enough. Maybe skulls with crossbones or radioactive symbols could come next. Flashing.

There are still accounts saying 'this is just summer'. Actually, this is warmer than summers used to be. *And it's still only Spring*.

The level of ignorance here regarding climate change is simply astonishing. This is an existential threat to the human species and yet there are still some saying things like, "It's summer" and "Just a hot day" or "warmer when I was young" Incredible!
RS Archer@archer_rs

Apparently climate change is a myth.

@istaphobe_uk @joesocial001 @spikedonline Reform presented the only alternative to the Tories and Labour for many who felt betrayed by what they had done and continue to do. Restore presents a more believable and credible alternative now. It's really that simple.

@joesocial001 @spikedonline 'Pretty much all of restore were once reform members/supporters'. That's an interesting claim and an important one so I'm sure you'll have absolutely no problem at all in providing evidence to support that claim.

Restore Britain is the maddest party in Britain. It’s a cult of personality that worships Rupert Lowe as the new Richard Lionheart. It is equal parts dumb and sinister, says Brendan O’Neill buff.ly/DbiUXiS

@spikedonline Unfortunately - I really do like reading and watching Brendan - but he comes across as a blubbering kid who has been grounded while his mates are allowed to play in the sunshine. Overly emotional piece in which all sense of calm reason is lost. I now wonder who is behind Spiked.

@MKD9832 @Jenny_1884 @RupertLowe10 @UKLabour What? An early election that Reform could win, make an absolute balls of things, and not actually put into effect what their voters want - which wouldn't be a surprise as they are now largely repackaged Tories. The experiment fails. The uniparty survives.

I'm afraid my respect for @RupertLowe10 has taken a nose dive, along with the rest of the ego driven swamp. Do they not realize that the future of Britain rests with the Reform party's ability to disrupt and cajole he @UKLabour into an early election? The needs of the one has to take aback seat.

So Restore are not putting a candidate in the Aberdeen by-election because the Tory candidate has a strong chance of winning. Yet Restore are putting a candidate in the Makerfield Election because Reform have a strong chance of winning. You Mr Rupert Lowe are playing games & it’s not for the benefit of this country. Call yourself a patriot 🤔 You’re a huge disappointment. I had so much admiration for you in the early days, but not anymore.

@TheWayForwardx @Jenny_1884 @WBarnard19 @RupertLowe10 @Nigel_Farage What you mean to say is Reform are telling you he's letting his ego dictate his actions. It's not a fact, it's propaganda from a very scared party who knows someone has unexpectedly got the run on them, as evidenced also by their own knee jerk policy changes and announcements.

@Jenny_1884 Hope you're not in a role that requires rigour applied to your logic. If you had noticed, in between gulping down loads of Reform propaganda, Restore are only getting started, and in fact didn't contest most council elections recently. They can't immediately contest everything.

@phughes76340646 @RachelD1892 @Vedi2010 Farage has done nothing of a sort. He's a salesman devoid of any depth, and it's his ego that has been put first. His ego is so warped that he will take all the credit, much like Starmer did at the 2024 election, for mopping up the disaffected working class vote.

@redarmyof1 @lbrewer190 @spikedonline @eldemar_o It's really incredible how quickly and readily people will swallow the shit shovelled to them. Take a break from social media, it's melting your brain to the extent that you're just repeating what you're being told. Actively read and watch things beyond your algorithmic feed.

@lbrewer190 @spikedonline @eldemar_o They’re also a proxy party designed by the Tories to bleed off support from Reform. With Lowe, a Tory plant. Why else would he set up his own party instead of joining Ben Habib when the pair both have grievances against Nigel?

Rupert Lowe’s vanity is off the charts. His party, Restore Britain, is shaving votes from Reform UK in Makerfield. This could hand a victory to Andy Burnham and let the ‘King of the North’ become PM. Restore is the enemy of populism, says Brendan O’Neill buff.ly/DbiUXiS

Cadbury was founded in Birmingham in 1824. In 2010, it was acquired by an American company. Today, much of the profit from one of England's best-known chocolate brands flows to overseas shareholders. The UK chocolate market is worth over £8 billion a year. If just 10% shifted to English-made producers, that's £800 million supporting businesses, jobs and investment here. We're building MadeInEngland.com to make it easy to find them.

@WillMacUK @TrishHodkinson @RupertLowe10 I could be wrong, but my gut feel is that he has gauged wrongly what many of those who have voted Reform actually want. Reform is now the least worst option to many of the people fed up with the Tories and Labour, but what Restore suggests is actually more like what they want.

@TrishHodkinson @RupertLowe10 I am in two minds, because even if Andy loses, Wes or Ange will challenge keir, so what's the difference? Reform must be taught a lesson for changing their party to suit a certain culture and abandoning a lot of their voters, me included.
