Live the Pareto Principle lifestyle: Relationships. Who are the few people that have the most positive impact on my life? Spend more time with them. Priorities. What are the few actions that have the most positive impact on my day? Prioritize them. Learning. What are the few information sources I learn the most from? Focus on them. Stress. What are the few sources that cause most of the stress and friction in my life? Eliminate them.

@warikoo Very well written @warikoo! And your team is indeed lucky to have a leader like you who endorses this choice.

Silent rebellion against the world During a 1:1, one of my team members admitted softly: “I’ve been taking it slow lately. Trying to figure what I really want.” She said it with guilt, like she owed me an apology. But I wish she knew what I knew in that moment. This year, almost every 1:1 with my team members sounded like that. My team (@wariCrew) works remotely. We live in different cities across the country. Some meet once every few months, some once a year, some none at all. On all days, we speak through emails and WhatsApp. And here's the thing about remote work - you think you’re the only one feeling what you’re feeling. But this year, everyone was feeling the same. Every single person on my team quietly downsized their life. In their 20s, when the world screams hustle, they chose pause. They stopped chasing clients that didn’t inspire them. They took up hobbies they’d forgotten. Some moved back home to be near their parents. Some started therapy. Some began sleeping early. Some quit drinking. Their incomes dropped a little. But their lives came back. Their nerves calmed. Their calendars had space again. It wasn't part of a plan. They were all super scared while doing it. They feared the opportunities and money will dry out. Almost everyone felt guilty and unsure, in that moment. But I couldn’t be prouder. Because slowing down in your 20s isn’t laziness. It’s clarity. It’s courage. It’s realizing that life’s not a race, it’s a rhythm - and you get to set the beat. It’s also a privilege which not too many people have. The opportunities and money did not dry out. Instead the opportunities grew in stature. If you do have that option, it is a pity not to make the most of it. When I told that to the team member, she smiled - surprised and relieved. She said, “I thought I was the only one.” Maybe that’s what growing up really is. Realizing that slowing down isn’t falling behind. It’s just finding your own pace. And maybe, just maybe, we’re all walking the same road. Just in our own time.

@godbole_shilpa Let's change our perspective (and our internal narrative). He probably wanted to show his kids how their role models should be! Obviously they have a dearth of those in their own country.

What’s Elon really implying by bringing his toddlers and nannies to a formal meeting with PM Modi & top advisors like Jaishankar & Ajit Doval? It can't just be that he had no one to watch them at home or that a post meeting introduction between the kids & PM Modi wasn’t possible. The visual of India's top diplomats faced with toddlers & nannies is a blatant disregard to our PM's office.

Habits that have a high rate of return in life: - sleeping 8+ hours each day - lifting weights 3x week - going for a walk each day - saving at least 10 percent of your income - reading every day - drinking more water and less of everything else - leaving your phone in another room while you work

According to Psychologists, there are four types of Intelligence: 1) Intelligence Quotient (IQ) 2) Emotional Quotient (EQ) 3) Social Quotient (SQ) 4) Adversity Quotient (AQ) 1. Intelligence Quotient (IQ): this is the measure of your level of comprehension. You need IQ to solve maths, memorize things, and recall lessons.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence has the weirdest definition of 'days' for their ₹99 data only pack. Whatever time you have activated the pack, the 'day' ends at 23:59 only. So you may get just few hours of validity instead of 2 days. Very disappointed and feeling cheated @TRAI

Your entire life can change in three years... Three years of focused, daily effort. One year may create a dramatic shift, but three years will blow your mind. Trust me, I've lived it. Three years ago, I was walking down a very different path. A good path, but not my path. Not the one that I would find meaning meaning in. Not the one that I was uniquely made to follow. Three years of focused, daily effort, and here we are: Last night in London, 500+ people came out to meet, listen, ask, and share. My younger, insecure, nervous self would be blown way. My present self is simply filled with gratitude. After the event, we got kicked out of the venue and took to the streets. I stood out in the cold for two hours to make sure I met and spoke to every single person that stayed. I heard stories from people in all walks of life. From a 17-year-old deciding whether to go all in on his entrepreneurial dream to a 40-year-old who had tragically lost a child. There were smiles, tears, laughs, and more. The experience reinvigorated my energy in my singular mission: To create positive ripples in the world. I still don't know what my exact path looks like, but I'm certainly walking it. "As you start to walk on the way, the way appears." - Rumi

Since my conversation with a friend on the 'post-vacation-brain-fog', I had been thinking of my ways to deal with it effectively. How do you combat this monster? Comment and let me know

⚡️Lastly, (this one is my favourite), build a rapport with the most important person-Yourself! Revel in solitude, grab your cuppa and reflect on the year gone by. These simple moments will actually pave a way to helping you ground down and plan more effectively for the year ahead
