In my mid 20's to early 30's I dealt with chronic low back pain. I went to a Chiropractor who told me I'd have to live with the pain & get adjustments for the rest of my life. I said screw that, searched for a solution, and fixed my back. Here's how I did it:

@cowbroker We just built a steel shop. We put in radiant heat it’s about a third the price of floor heat and if you have never had it before it dries the floor all most as good as floor heat. Recovery time is good. Definitely slope the floor and put in a drain system.
