I requested information from the ATF on a secretive program that appears to allow the federal government to monitor law-abiding Americans attempting to exercising their second amendment rights. I plan to follow up since we haven’t heard anything in almost a year.

A federal court struck down the ATF's pistol brace rule. The DOJ dropped their appeal. And the ATF is STILL enforcing it, threatening law-abiding gun owners with 10 years in prison. This is exactly why I introduced the Abolish the ATF Act. When an agency defies the courts to come after your rights, it's time to shut it down.
