@RangemasterUK I need help with an order we received via @MarksElectrical The cooker hood controls are not working correctly, and are reacting when we press the front of the unit (see video!) I’d appreciate your help. I first raised this with the sales agent on 24th October!

Bought a @RangemasterUK induction cooker. Hobs stopped working in less then a year. Still under warranty we arranged for it to be repaired. Still waiting after close to a month. Eating ready meals & boiling vegetables in the microwave. Absolutely unacceptable service?!

@RangemasterUK hi , my Rangemaster cooker has just tripped the electricity when I turned on the grill. I’ve put the electric back on but the grill , oven and warmer isn’t working but the clock and gas hob are . Please can you help ?

@RangemasterUK "leaders in outstanding heritage and British manufacturing" Hardly! Our Stove was made in Turkey, and it's completely failed after less than 3 months. Very poor customer service from AO.com and Rangemaster too.

Truly appalling service with @RangemasterUK. 2 engineer visits to fix my oven and they have failed on both occasions. Another engineer booked for Thursday, so I took a day off work and he hasn’t turned up! Rebooked for Friday, another day off work and not turned up again!

@RangemasterUK I bought a slimline dishwasher. I have a Toledo oven bought years ago and it’s great.The DW has a serious design flaw. Lower basket not secured it constantly comes off the runners or tips up. I’ve complained twice but no one interested. My china will break one day

Why would the sparkers start without human intervention on my brand new pro @RangemasterUK ? I find this worrying especially as there doesn’t seem to be a human to talk to and it doesn’t appear under troubleshooting in the manual…
