King Kong (2005) never got the love Peter Jackson poured into it. The CG still holds up, and the Kong vs. T-rex throwdowns remain some of the dopest action beats of the 2000s. An underrated giant.

@DMan1954Gojira Well the way he acts in gvk is mostly because of mecha G who apex build using his arch enemy king ghidorah and and his path of destruction isn't out of malice the buildings are well literally in his way so he is more or less still the benevolent force of nature in my eyes

Because that's how the films established him. Moving from a force of nature in 2014 with a heroic edge to an outright hero and the key to coexistence from Aftershock - Dominion (2019-2021). Because New Empire still talks about him like he's an unambiguous hero who does no wrong.

I have a friend whose ex-husband basically humiliated her every chance he got after she gave birth to his daughter because she wasn't his "standard of beauty" anymore. He would flirt with other women right on her face and even leave her to interact with other women. It should be legal punch guys like this in the face whenever they're seen in public.
