February Catch-Up — Spring Kickstart 🌱 February was one of those months where things didn’t feel loud — but they felt right. 1️⃣ I spent time at Consensus Hong Kong @consensus_hk @consensus2026 , sharing Morpheus’ perspective on going beyond DeAI — not just decentralising intelligence, but building sovereign intelligence. For me, Morpheus has always been about bridging and connecting truly talented builders and devs, and this stage felt like a natural extension of that mission. 2️⃣ There were also some meaningful rooftop conversations with super high-quality VCs and investors — less pitching, more honest dialogue. Discussions moved fluidly across DeAI, RWA, and Art, all through a decentralised and sovereign lens, with @Wincent_co @HashKeyExchange @FireblocksHQ @TPICAPGroup . These were long-arc conversations — the kind that prioritise durability over cycles. 3️⃣ I also dove deeper into RWA discussions with @RareDataAsia and @Ni28_Global , while reflecting on the next phase of @ManekiMeowOrg together with @Conflux_netwok. This phase feels very much like discovery — laying foundations, stress-testing ideas, and letting structure form before scale. On a more personal note 4️⃣ This month marked an important milestone for me. Moving from having no prior stage experience to speaking at an international conference didn’t happen in one leap. It came from repetition, deliberate practice, and consistently placing myself in environments where learning had to happen in real time. This journey has been deeply shaped by collaboration. I’m especially grateful to @rene05x together building @MorpheusAsia , we’ve been contributing to Morpheus AI and building the Morpheus community alongside David A. Johnston. Across many events, we refined our narrative, sharpened our delivery, and built confidence step by step. One moment that really stood out was delivering the opening speech on the #FOMO stage, alongside @OlofvW , founder of @TodaysArt . Sharing the stage with someone I deeply respect was both grounding and motivating — a reminder of how much mentorship, encouragement, and shared platforms matter in this ecosystem. Nothing about this process has been perfect — but progress compounds. Taking the first step mattered. One step at a time, it eventually led me onto the Consensus Hong Kong stage. Lastly, a sincere thank you to all my friends and guests who attended the events I was involved in. Every conversation, reaction, question, and piece of feedback became part of my learning curve. In many ways, you were my teachers — your responses taught me more than any rehearsal ever could.
