Genuine question then. What's your ideal pathway for someone earning $80-100k to break out of their wealth band and into home ownership after the budget changes? Specific steps, realistic timeframes, concrete numbers. The changes are sold as helping these earners but I haven't seen a credible pathway described. Sydney median is $1.5m. Housing will only continue to trend up with monetary debasement and inflation, outpacing wage growth. How do they get there?
