Dear @amazonIN I purchased a product "Noise Ear Buds" from your platform and registered there warranty Now that buds is in warranty period and I wanted to claim that warranty as that product is not working properly but the Vendor is not responding to resolve issue piz help

If the brand/manufacturer is not ready to help, you will have to acquire a service denial letter, so that we can escalate this further.
