While fast charging for the US can still improve, we're proud that our data helped draw mainstream attention to problems related to fast charging. We hope this coverage will help improve the fast charging experience for all EV drivers. Going forward, our page will make announcements about major outages or problems related to fast charging. We aim to be a "bat signal" to warn drivers and to help operators identify and fix problems. We want to thank each and every person again for submitting check-ins. Our reports would not have been possible without your help.

‼️Alert‼️ If possible, plan to avoid using DC fast chargers around Chicago, IL. There are significant lines and we are hearing reports of down chargers.

@EVConnect @RateYourCharge EVConnect, Goodland, Kansas, 24/7 convenience store. Both chargers apparently working, and I got 62 KW at a high SOC on 138. No problem. Nice.

@RateYourCharge good charge at the Lake City CO Chargepoint. This might be the only charger with people ice climbing right by the charger

@Ford Scary start but all is good. Plugged in 4 times and it would start and then fail after a couple secs. Almost left but tried one last time and it worked! Need to get these issues sorted but happily charging at the coolest station I’ve been to yet! @evgonetwork @RateYourCharge

Electricity America is running Windows 7 and Team Viewer. Maybe that’s why they are often broken. Buffalo, NY @RateYourCharge

Using the new Ames, IA Magic Dock Tesla Supercharger with my "Cybertruck". EV6 Peak 97 kW/Average 90 kW 45 kWh, 36-86% Arrived with a cold battery dropping the average. Not near as fast as the car is capable, but it is a great option to have available. 👍 @RateYourCharge

@RateYourCharge EvolveNY EA station. Plugged into 150kW charger, got a max of 137kW. Battery was a little chilly, did not precondition. EA app correctly identified 3 out of 4 chargers available. Temp in Niagara Falls 35F. Overall a good charge.

@RateYourCharge charging up at Lucky's travel plaza supercharger up near Donner pass in the Sierra's. Successful charge topping out at 251kw. Toyota blocking two stalls, looks like it's been there a while, possibly dumped by a tow truck.

A “bad” @RateYourCharge check in for the @evgonetwork at Oak Park Mall in Overland Park, KS. Station “Ted” failed to connect, but “Elmo” worked as expected. Love AutoCharge+! Other 2 stations in use and working. Stations branded as “Ultium” now.

Great @RateYourCharge check in for @ChargePointnet at the Shell gas station + truck stop in Cameron, MO. Great facility with a food court including Ben’s Soft Pretzels, Baskin Robbins, Dunkin Donuts, & Godfather’s Pizza. And a Wendy’s on the other side.

The problem with free charging. The @ElectrifyAm station is full and there is a line. The 2 @evgonetwork stations are empty and working. I saw a Lightning in line and talk to hi and told them they were available. He moved over and started charging. Cabazon, CA @RateYourCharge

@RateYourCharge Charging my Livewire One at the only Tesla supercharger with magic dock in Phoenix, AZ. After going through the steps, the process was simple. Peak kwh was 13 because I started at 70% SOC. Interoperability success between Tesla and Livewire!!

@RateYourCharge checking in from the Waco EA station, where 2/6 stations are down, and there is a line 5 deep. Finally got a spot and am now charging at full speeds.
